Art Gallery: Unfinished Work May 12, 2019 Art Name: Portrait of Megan Massacre – Medium: Graphite Pencil – Year: Started in 2016 – I started working on this one after I took a drawing class, I wanted to improve my skill in portraits and drawing faces (I was never good at it when I stared out). I decided to do a portrait of Megan Massacre because she’s one of my favorite tattoo artists, I recommend checking out her Instagram. Her focused art style are on Neo-Traditional, New School, Ornamental, and Realism. I liked the high contrast of the image so I wanted to recreate that look with graphite. Art Name: Abandoned Romance – Medium: Oil paint on canvas – Year: started in 2017 – This is the same character from Teddyloid & Daoko’s video. I wanted to change the type of painting I did, I’ve mostly done darker tone paintings in the past. I wanted to try a more lighter and brighter approach to my usual art style. I want the painting to have a bright and colorful scheme to it. The painting is missing a background and another coat of paint to bring out the colors more. Art Name: Plamya-sama v.2 – Medium: Digital Art – Year: started in 2019 – I stared working on this one to test out a new program named Krita. So far I’ve been enjoying using the program and the best thing it’s totally free. Right now the drawing is just the rough outlines, I need to go over it again but with cleaner lines this time. After that I plan on doing the basic colors and going over them with more detail and shading. Related Previous Art Gallery: Finished Work Leave a ReplyCancel reply
